We are a registered Ontario community surgical and diagnostic centre.
All of our radiologists are registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and have completed prestigious fellowships at renowned hospitals. Additionally,our certified technologists are registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO), Sonography Canada, and the Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences (OAMRS) , ensuring they bring top-tier expertise to their practice.
Equipped with state-of-the-art digital technology and a Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS), KIS facilitates immediate image transmission and offers convenient image storage and retrieval capabilities. This advanced technology ensures that we provide our patients and practitioners with the best possible care and service.
Our medical imaging institute is proudly accredited in two key areas, underscoring our commitment to excellence and quality in patient care. We hold a Certificate of Accreditation in Echocardiography awarded by Accreditation Canada . Additionally, our Bone Mineral Densitometry Imaging Services have been thoroughly reviewed and accredited by the CBMD Facility Accreditation Advisory Committee. This accreditation was granted through the OAR Canadian Bone Mineral Densitometry Facility Accreditation Program, administered by the Ontario Association of Radiologists.
